Michael Kucera has been a leader in the construction industry for over 35 years. Mike is an expert in residential construction and has operated construction companies for his entire career. Mike has overseen major construction projects throughout the country and has completed over $1 billion of construction of both commercial and residential projects.  Mike is experienced with all facets of construction and development, including both public and private financing, historic and low-income housing tax credits, labor compliance, architectural and engineering, budgeting and estimating. 

Harry Lee has over 27 years of real estate experience in both the public and private sectors. He is responsible for identifying, underwriting, funding and closing of all new market-rate, affordable, single-family and multi-family housing acquisitions and projects, including raising debt and equity. Throughout his career, Harry has closed on the acquisition and refinancing of over 15,000 units of multi-family housing throughout the country, totaling over $850,000,000 across 135 projects. Harry is well-versed in all forms of public and private financing as well as financial analysis, project development, entitlements and construction.
